  2. Within 48h — voice sample analysis (comparison)
  3. Within 72h — decision: confirmed abuse (account/content action, possible law enforcement notice), insufficient evidence (case closed with explanation), or we contact you for more info
  4. Within 7 days — detailed feedback on actions taken
